Hanna Boutique Hotel is one of the six iconic houses which was constructed in 1930 in Lolagar Alley. The building is one of the first Tehran examples of modernist, outward-looking architecture. The principle concept that highly effected the space planning and the overall restoration of the building was to identify and preserve every existing layer and create new functions around it.
